In this subchapter: (1) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(82), eff. April 2, 2015. (2) "Food establishment" means a fixed or mobile location retail establishment in which food is prepared on-site for sale to the public. (3) "Food manager" means an individual who conducts, manages, or operates a food establishment. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 317, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
