(a) An order issued under section 9 or 10 of this chapter may be appealed to the department under IC 4-21.5-3-7. A decision to deny a request to modify or reverse an order issued under section 10 of this chapter is not appealable. (b) If an order issued under section 9 or 10 of this chapter is appealed, the department or its designee shall conduct all administrative proceedings under IC 4-21.5. In its proceedings, the department may modify or reverse the order. As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.21. Amended by P.L.152-2026, SEC.504.
