§ 202.53 — Dwelling, Zero Lot Line: A detached single-family dwelling unit which is

constructed against the lot line on one side of a lot, provided however, that there shall be no windows, doors, or other openings of any kind on this side. This type of dwelling is also sometimes referred to as a court-garden house or patio house. (See illustration, page 30)
