Law enforcement agency receiving report of missing person
Ind. Code § 5-2-17-3
in effectSec. 3. A law enforcement agency receiving a report of a missing:
(1) child less than eighteen (18) years of age shall comply with the requirements of IC 31-36-2;
(2) endangered adult (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-227) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18; or
(3) veteran at risk (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-346) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18;
in addition to the procedures described in this chapter.
