In this subchapter: (1) "Guardianship proceeding" has the meaning assigned by Section 1002.015 , Estates Code. (2) "Office of court administration" means the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System. (3) "Protective services proceeding" means a proceeding commenced under Chapter 48 , Human Resources Code. (4) "Ward" has the meaning assigned by Section 1002.030 , Estates Code.
