(235 ILCS 5/1-3.10) (from Ch. 43, par. 95.10) Sec. 1-3.10. "Non-beverage user" means every manufacturer of any of the products set forth and described in subsection (a) of Section 8-1 of this Act, when the same contains alcoholic liquor, and all laboratories and hospitals and sanatoria using alcoholic liquor for non-beverage purposes.
