Exchange of information
Ind. Code § 31-37-17-8
in effectSec. 8. Unless prohibited by federal law, a probation department and:
(1) the division of family resources;
(2) a local office; and
(3) the department of child services;
may exchange information for use in preparing a report under this chapter.
