24-75-107. Cash fund transfers pursuant to sections 24-75-105 and 24-75-106 - repeal. (1) All transfers pursuant to sections 24-75-105 and 24-75-106 which involve cash funds shall be consistent with statutes governing the use of cash funds. (2) This section is repealed, effective September 1, 2025.
