4.1-16-14. Agriculture commissioner - Inspection of apiary - Noncertification purposes. The agriculture commissioner may: 1. At the request of a beekeeper, inspect apiaries for any purpose other than the issuance of a certificate of inspection or other official document or validation; and 2. Charge a fee to cover the costs of inspecting an apiary under subsection 1.
