in effectThe department shall seek any federal waivers necessary to automatically enroll parents in the Medi-Cal program who apply for Medi-Cal benefits and have one or more children who are eligible for Medi-Cal benefits based upon a determined income level that is at or below the applicable income standard for eligibility under Section 14005.60.
