Nev. Rev. Stat. § 218H.092
in effectMember of the persons household or member of his or her household, or any variation thereof, means:
1. For a person who is subject to the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act in NRS 281.5555 to 281.581 , inclusive, a member of his or her household for the purposes of that Act.
2. For any other person, a substantially similar member of his or her household as if the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act in NRS 281.5555 to 281.581 , inclusive, applied to the person but only for the limited purposes of this definition.
