(620 ILCS 25/7) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 48.7) Sec. 7. "Person" means any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association, joint stock association, or body politic, including any trustee, receiver, assignee, or other similar representative thereof, and including this State and the Department.
