(65 ILCS 5/11-29.1-10) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-29.1-10) Sec. 11-29.1-10. Any person who has been issued a statement of any sum due for maintenance charges for a mentally deficient person may petition the board of directors for a modification thereof, and the board shall provide for a hearing thereon.
