Nev. Rev. Stat. § 159A.184
in effectIf a protected minor resides with a care provider that is an institution or facility, the care provider shall furnish to the guardian an itemized accounting of all financial activity pertaining to the protected minor:
1. On a quarterly basis; and
2. At any other time, upon the request of the guardian.
