Custom processing establishment defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 583.277
in effectCustom processing establishment means a facility that is licensed in accordance with the regulations adopted by the Officer pursuant to NRS 583.454 to:
1. Perform custom processing at the facility; and
2. Slaughter for hire on a commercial basis any meat animal, game mammal, poultry or game bird for human consumption at the facility.
