Sec. 11. (a) Not later than thirty (30) days after receiving a notice from the board under section 10 of this chapter, a producer or group of producers entitled to representation on the board may submit nominations to the board for board members. (b) A producer or group of producers may submit two (2) nominations for each board member to which the producer or group of producers is entitled.
