(a) Offenses are designated as Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanors or Parks and Wildlife Code felonies. (b) Misdemeanors are classified according to the relative seriousness of the offense into three categories: (1) Class A Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanors; (2) Class B Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanors; and (3) Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanors. (c) Section 12.41 , Penal Code, does not apply to classifications of offenses under this code. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 3, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
