(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 242.031 . (b) An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 for the first offense and not more than $500 for each subsequent offense. (c) Each day of a continuing violation after conviction is a separate offense. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
