The following provisions shall not apply to religious corporations unless otherwise provided in their articles or bylaws: Section 79-11-133 Section 79-11-189 Section 79-11-193 Section 79-11-213 Section 79-11-239 Section 79-11-245 Section 79-11-282 Section 79-11-359 If religious doctrine governing the affairs of a religious corporation is inconsistent with the provisions of Section 79-11-101 et seq. on the same subject, the religious doctrine shall control to the extent required by the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of this state or both.
