Md. Code, Health Occupations § 11-316
in effect(a) If the Board finds that there are grounds under § 11-313 of this subtitle for action, the Board shall pass an order in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
(b) If the Board finds that there are no grounds under § 11-313 of this subtitle for action, the Board:
(1) Immediately shall dismiss the charges and exonerate the licensee;
(2) Shall expunge all records that relate to the charges; and
(3) May not take any further action on the charges.
