(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the department shall issue a title for a former military vehicle if all requirements for issuance of a title are met. (b) In this section, "former military vehicle" has the meaning assigned by Section 502.001 . Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.40(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
