333.181. Officers of board. — At one of its regular meetings, the board shall elect a chairman, vice chairman and secretary from the members of the board. Each such officer shall serve as such for a term fixed by regulation of the board and shall perform such duties as are required by the regulations of the board and by law. (L. 1965 p. 522 § 18)
