"Commercial low level radioactive waste facility"
Ind. Code § 13-11-2-33
in effectSec. 33. "Commercial low level radioactive waste facility", for purposes of IC 13-22-10, means a plant, structure, or site at which low level radioactive waste, generated by:
(1) a person other than the owner or operator of the plant, structure, or site; or
(2) the owner or operator of the plant, structure, or site as a result of treatment or storage of low level radioactive wastes generated by persons other than the owner or operator;
is received for treatment, storage, or disposal.
