A hospital shall perform a medical procedure or test on a person if a court orders the hospital to perform the procedure or test on a person whom the court orders to undergo the procedure or test under Article 21.31 , Code of Criminal Procedure. The procedure or test is a cost of court. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 22, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
