(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules governing the board's operation, including: (1) rules governing the procedures the board uses to provide notice of a meeting; and (2) rules prohibiting the board from discussing confidential information described by Subchapter D in a public meeting. (b) The board shall comply with the rules adopted under this section and Section 549.0311 . Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
