Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to this article must be allowed fees and mileage at a rate fixed by the department, which must not exceed that allowed for witnesses by the administrative law court. These fees must be considered a part of the expense of administering Chapters 27 through 41 of this title. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment substituted "department" for "Commission"; substituted "by the administrative law court" for "in the court of common pleas in the county in which a hearing is held"; and made other nonsubstantive changes.
