in effect491.696. Child defined — videotaped testimony for juvenile court hearings. — For purposes of sections 491.696 to 491.705 , the term "child" means a person seventeen years of age or under who is the alleged victim of sexual abuse, physical abuse, or neglect as such terms are defined in section 210.110 .
