Sec. 20. (a) This section applies to the purchase of petroleum products by: (1) a board of aviation commissioners under IC 8-22-2; (2) an airport authority under IC 8-22-3; or (3) a port authority organized under IC 8-10-5. (b) A purchasing agent may make a special purchase of petroleum products if the petroleum products are for resale to the general public. As added by P.L.7-1998, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.8-2013, SEC.1.
