Service restoration performance report; annual filing with commission; required information

in effectSec. 19. Beginning in 2027, before March 1 of each year, an electricity supplier shall file with the commission, on a form prescribed by the commission, a service restoration performance report that includes the following information for each of the most recently concluded six (6) calendar years:
(1) Each of the following indices, reported to exclude major event days, for the electricity supplier's system in Indiana as a whole:
(A) SAIDI.
(B) SAIFI.
(C) CAIDI.
(2) Each of the following indices, reported to include major event days, for the electricity supplier's system in Indiana as a whole:
(A) SAIDI.
(B) SAIFI.
(C) CAIDI.
(3) The number of customers used by the utility in calculating each index required under subdivisions (1) and (2).
