26.1-12.1-13. Incorporation A mutual insurance holding company resulting from the reorganization of a domestic mutual insurance company must be incorporated under chapter 10-33. The articles of incorporation of the mutual insurance holding company are subject to approval of the commissioner in the same manner as those of an insurance company.
