Workforce training and job search program referral
Ind. Code § 12-15-44.5-5.5
in effectSec. 5.5. The office, under the direction of the secretary, shall refer any member of the plan who:
(1) is employed for less than twenty (20) hours per week; and
(2) is not a full-time student;
to a workforce training and job search program.
