In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Director" means a board member. (3) "District" means the Cedar Port Navigation and Improvement District. (4) "Extraterritorial jurisdiction" has the meaning assigned by Section 42.021 , Local Government Code. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619 ), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2011.
