15-20.4-08. Cancellation of contract for instrument Any person has the right for any cause to rescind, revoke, or cancel a contract for educational services at any postsecondary career school within seven days after entering into such contract without incurring any tort or contract liability. In such event, the postsecondary career school may retain the amount of tuition and other charges as set forth in subsection 1 of section 15-20.4-06.
