in effect643.300. Citation of law — mandate of Congress. — Sections 643.300 to 643.355 shall be known as the "Air Quality Attainment Act". The enactment of the air quality attainment act and any subsequent amendments to such act are a mandate of the United States Congress under the federal Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 7401, et seq.
