(105 ILCS 5/10-20.4) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-20.4) Sec. 10-20.4. District in two or more townships - Treasurer to receive taxes. To determine, in case of a district which is situated in a Class II county school unit and which is subject to the jurisdiction and authority of the trustees of schools of a township but composed of parts of two or more townships, which treasurer is to receive the taxes of the district, and to notify the collectors in writing accordingly.
