Sec. 2. If a court enters a dispositional decree that includes a no contact order under section 1(a)(7) of this chapter: (1) the clerk of the court that enters a dispositional decree that includes a no contact order under section 1(a)(7) of this chapter shall comply with IC 5-2-9; and (2) the petitioner shall file a confidential form prescribed or approved by the office of judicial administration with the clerk.
