Sec. 9. The board shall meet at least annually. However, the board may meet more frequently if the members of the board determine that additional meetings are necessary. The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and its orders. IC 5-14-1.5 (the open door law) applies to the board's meetings. As added by P.L.146-2008, SEC.208.
