Sec. 17. (a) In 2028 and each year thereafter, the fiscal body of the recipient municipality shall, in the manner provided by IC 6-1.1-17, adopt a township services district levy for the ensuing year. (b) If a recipient municipality fails to adopt a township services district levy, the township service district's most recently approved township services levy is continued for the ensuing budget year.
