269.220. Violation — penalty. — Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor. Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. (L. 1941 p. 290 § 14493u, A.L. 1992 H.B. 878)
