1. The State Board of Health may adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 449A.170 to 449A.192 , inclusive. 2. The provisions of NRS 449A.170 to 449A.192 , inclusive, do not apply if an electronic communication device is installed by a law enforcement agency and used solely for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.
