65 Pa.C.S. § 5 Utilization of funds.

Any funds remaining in the restricted receipts account created under the former 65 Pa.C.S. § 1310(b) may be utilized by the Department of State to implement the provisions of 65 Pa.C.S. Ch. 13A.
