(405 ILCS 35/3.5) Sec. 3.5. Children's Healthcare Partnership Pilot Program. The Department of Human Services shall participate in the Children's Healthcare Partnership Pilot Program established under Section 12-4.37 of the Illinois Public Aid Code and may fund the provision of community support system services under this Act in Sangamon County through participation in that pilot program.
