1. Each witness who appears by order of the Commission is entitled to receive for his or her attendance the same fees and mileage allowed by law to a witness in a civil case, which must be paid by the party at whose request the witness is subpoenaed. 2. When a witness not otherwise required to attend is subpoenaed by the Commission, his or her fees and mileage must be paid by the Division.
