(210 ILCS 110/11) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 185.11) Sec. 11. The Department may establish administrative penalties and sanctions by rule for violations of this Act or the rules adopted under this Act. Each day a violation of this Act or the rules adopted under this Act exists shall constitute a separate violation. The Department shall provide written notification of a violation.
