Eligibility for loans.
Miss. Code Ann. § 37-51-11
in effectIn addition to the requirements set out in Section 37-51-7, to be eligible for a loan an applicant must:
Be a bona fide actual resident of the State of Mississippi; and
Attend any bona fide approved nonfree elementary or secondary school.
