Nev. Rev. Stat. § 604A.593
in effectA licensee who has been issued a license to operate a title loan service pursuant to this chapter shall place the following notices on marketing materials and television, print, radio and Internet advertising when space or time reasonably permits:
1. Title loans should be used for short-term financial needs only and not as a long-term financial solution; and
2. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling before entering into any title loan transaction.
