Nev. Rev. Stat. § 286.705
in effectBusiness operations means investing, with actual knowledge on or after August 5, 1996, in Irans petroleum sector, which investment directly and significantly contributes to the enhancement of Irans ability to develop the petroleum resources of Iran. The term does not include the retail sale of gasoline and related consumer products.
