(210 ILCS 49/3-101) Sec. 3-101. Consumers' rights. Consumers served by a facility under this Act shall have all the rights guaranteed pursuant to Chapter II, Article I of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code, a list of which shall be prominently posted in English and any other language representing at least 5% of the county population in which the specialized mental health rehabilitation facility is located.
