20.1-03-22. Buying or shipping green furs - License required - Expiration of license No person may engage in the business of buying or shipping green furs in this state unless that person first obtains a license from the director. A license issued under this section expires on the first day of September following the date of its issue and may be issued only upon payment of the appropriate fee.
