Removal of members of the board; vacancies.
Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 33-41-110
in effect(a) Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled for the unexpired term by the governor as provided by W.S. 33-41-107.
(b) The governor may remove any board member as provided by W.S. 9-1-202.
